One of the best stories.....

Today, December 31, is like a junction of two years…a memorable moment. It not only reminds us of going 2015 which is leaving behind with several memories and numerous lessons on one hand ….. and also showing the twinkling bright light of the new year 2016 on the other. At this moment, I want to extend my sincere THANKS to all in my life. Thank you all, from the very bottom of my heart.

सुबह-सुबह जल्दी उठ,
नहाने को दिल करता है,

स्कूल ड्रेस पहन के,
टाइ लगाने को दिल करता है,

आज फिर लाइन मे लगकर,
प्रेयर करने को दिल करता है,

एक दूसरे को धक्का दे,
आगे बढ़ने को दिल करता है,

आज फिर क्लास के खाली पीरियड मे,
कागज के एरोप्लेन उड़ाने को दिल करता है,

लंच टाइम मे,
एक दूसरे का टिफिन खाने को दिल करता है,

आज फिर सोशियल साइन्स के पीरियड मे,
सोने का दिल करता है,

छुट्टी के इंतेज़ार मे,
बेल बजने का दिल करता है,

आज फिर माँ के कुछ पूछने पर,
चुपचाप खड़े होने का दिल करता है,

होम वर्क ना करने पर,
ढेर सारे बहाने बनाना का दिल करता है,

आज फिर उन दोस्तो के साथ,
बाते करने और लड़ने झगड़ने का दिल करता है,

सब कुछ भूल कर,
फिर मस्त होने का दिल करता है,

आज फिर स्कूल जाने का दिल करता है……
वो भी क्या दिन थे ..

Worth your time:

Our minds are in constant search to allign us with exactly what we are looking for. If you seem to find yourself in any kind of health, financial or relationship discordance then its probably due to the fact that you are tuning into a frequency that doesnt allign with what you really want. "Wanting" something is just not enough to experience it. Most of us say that we want one thing but tune our emotions, energy and thought to the negative aspect of what we desire out of life. This is where training your mind comes into play.

Here are 3 reasons why you might not be experiencing your dream or wish as your reality:

1) Habits- this is where most of us fail at getting what we want. You can't be in old habits and desire new outcomes. Newness require change. Try something new. Be open!

2) Pessimistic attitude is a downfall. Train your mind to be optimistic, ambitious and have faith. Start finding the good in things.

3) Negative self-talk is a dream killer and energy depleting habit; since you haven't trained your thoughts, the same old record of " i can't " or " i am not good enough " or " i dont care if it will not work for me " is continuously playing in your mind. End this negative self-talk by saying something positive about yourself each time when negative voice comes up.

Alignment to what you want is only few lifestyle adjustment away. Break the old chains because with minor changes comes major results.
