Glimpses of 31st Annual Day - Udbhav of Shaheed Rajguru College of Applied Sciences for Women University of Delhi celebrated on 25th April 2022 in the college auditorium.

We had with us Mr. Rajendra Pal Gautam (Delhi Cabinet Minister - Social Welfare, MLA, Seemapuri, Delhi Government) as our Chief Guest for the day along with Dr. Rashmi Singh (IAS, Director, WCD) as Special Guest. We also had Mr. Kuldeep Kumar (MLA, Kondli) and Dr. Bhavana Prashar (M.D., Principal, Scientist, CSIR-IGTB) as our Guest of Honor.

The Annual College Report was presented by our principal ma'am Prof. (Dr.) Payal Mago and College Annual Societies Report was presented by the President of Student Council Ms. Anjali Chauhan.

Moreover, the cultural societies also gave beautiful performances which includes singing by Philyra, dance by Ahaarya, Yoga & Aerobics by Sports Department, Live art performance by Elvira and dramatic act by Mukhauta.

The event was presided over by Ms. Ila Srivastava Ma'am (Chairperson, Governing Body SRCASW)

Glimpses of GALORE: ON THE GO - The official Farewell of Shaheed Rajguru College of Applied Sciences for Women for the Batch of 2022 celebrated on 26 April in College Amphitheater. The event was graced by the presence of our chairperson ma'am - Ms. Ila Srivastava and our dear faculties.

Highlights of the event are - Special singing performance by Nitin Vashishth, Beautiful dance performances by various departments, Glamfire glamorous act, Ms. Hukkum Ka Ikka rounds and enthralling DJ at the end.

On April 18th, The Student Council of SRCASW organised and hosted an exciting workshop on the topic SOCIAL MEDIA by Mr. Bhaskar Sharma who's the Media Advisor and Member of Governing Body of SRCASW along with three social media influencers:
1) Ms. Dimple Arora
2) Ms. Tanya Singh
3) Sh. Vikrant Singh

The aim of the workshop is to make students understand the benefit and power of social media and how effectively they can make use of these social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn etc to bring a change in the society.

Don’t you want to know and learn more about social media?

Head down to SOCIAL MEDIA WORKSHOP, organise by the Student Council.

Hear first-hand from Mr. Bhaskar Sharma - Media Advisor and Governing Body, SCRASW on the front lines of social media.
After which we're having two renowned Delhi Social media influencers -
• Ms. Dimple Arora - Food Blogger ()
• Ms. Tanya Singh - Beauty & Fashion Blogger ()

We also have our special invitee Ms. Ila Srivastava, Chairperson, governing body that will make the session more special.

Instruction for the attendees:
1. Attendees are requested to have a good mobile data network for the workshop
2. Should also have their accounts on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter

E-Certificates will be provided to all the attendees.

‘‘They’ve got designer genes. Yeah. They’re cool like that.”

This Nukkad Nattak was a central premise of the The Student council and NSS of Shaheed Rajguru College of Applied Sciences for Women in collaboration with Manovikas Skill Family. The nukkad Nattak was performed in the foyer area of the college on 13th April 2022. The objective of the Nukkad Nattak was to give awareness for autism, down syndrome and other disabilities to the youth.
The motive behind this was to imbibe the skills to helps the youth in understanding better.

The Student Council of Shaheed Rajguru College of Applied Sciences for Women, University of Delhi organized it's first ever Holi fest - Rangotsav on 11th March 2022 which experienced beautiful dance performance of radha-krishan and Rajasthani traditional dance along with DJ and dhol. Departments such as biochemistry, electronics, Statistics, CS & Mathematics also gave beautiful dance and singing performances

The Student Council of Shaheed Rajguru College of Applied Sciences for Women, University of Delhi organized it's annual cultural fest - Karvaan'22 on 9th & 10th March which experienced a live band performance by Taranbeer Singh, Musical Performance by Jahanvi Jugal and mimicry performance by Vikrant Chaudhary along with the anchoring of GD Sayal. Moreover, few inter college competitions were also conducted such as Mr. & Ms. karvaan & dance battle etc.
