Because environment you create for yourself matters.

Women are Leaders everywhere you look from the CEO who runs a Fortune 500 company to the housewife who raises her children and heads her household. Our country was built by strong women, and we will continue to break down walls and defy stereotypes.
But as they say success comes with a price tag especially for girls. Success doesn’t come handy for girls.

Let us admit it we live in a patriarchal society because we still offend women and think that ‘women’ is a synonym for ‘weak’.
Every girl in this world has experienced injustice. In all the spheres of her life. Be it education, marriage, or employment.
R**e, murder, domestic abuse, pay scales. Girls always are at a disadvantage.
The cost of putting a ‘S’ in ‘He’ is too much. The toughest hurdle is to be at par with men.

6 Reasons why success doesn’t comes to girls easily.

1. Why educate a girl and spend money on her when one day she is gonna get married and leave you?

2. Working under a woman is not what all men want. Their ‘Ego’ doesn’t allows it.

3.The pressure that the society builds up. ladki kaam karegi? Humne toh aaj tak na karawaya apni ladki se kaam. “Log kya kahenge?”

4. Don’t spend on her education instead save for her marriage.That’s gonna be more beneficial.

5. She is a Wo’MAN’. She can’t survive a day on her own. She needs a ‘Man’.

6. Girls are fragile. They give up easily.

But, Hey Girls!
Remember one thing,
There will be haters, there will be doubters, there will be non believers, and then there will be you proving all of them wrong.
