SAFRindia is scientific organisation running for deal with innovative brains beyond the imagination. We realize the individuals where they stand in science

SAFRindia is scientific organisation running for deals with innovative brains beyond the imagination. We are trying to do best in science, make it economical and fruitful for common man rather than impact journals and scientists around the world. It is a technological initiative but will soon turn into scientific revolution.

“I am firmly believer of those initiative which are devoted for change rather than ritual norms“

Why the 'Condom Snorting Challenge' Is Not Just Gross — It's Dangerous

It's not generally a good idea to put anything in your nose that doesn't belong there" or isn't prescribed by a doctor.

Why the 'Condom Snorting Challenge' Is Not Just Gross — It's Dangerous Some teens are reportedly inhaling condoms up their nostrils, which is not only gross but potentially dangerous.

Molecular Biology Explained.............

www.genscript.com 21/06/2017

CRISPR and the CRISPR Associated system (Cas) are powerful gene editing technologies. Originally identified and characterized in bacteria, the endogenous CRISPR systems act as an RNA-based defense mechanism against invading phage DNA.

CRISPR cas9 gene editing was adapted for genome editing in 2013 and has since been exploited for its ability to generate targeted double-stranded DNA breaks, which has revolutionized molecular biology protocols.

For more information about CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing, check out this free CRISPR handbook.

Genome Editing with CRISPR-Cas9 - YouTube 07/06/2017

There are a number of recognized gene editing methods. Editing the genome can be achieved with engineered nucleases such as CRISPR-Cas9, ZFNs or TALENs, or with viral systems such as rAAV but CRISPR is getting more attention.

CRISPR has been used effectively in a wide variety of tissues and organisms...

Template-dependent nucleotide addition in the reverse (3′-5′) direction by Thg1-like protein 07/02/2017

One of the big questions in biology has been why cells don't have a reverse-direction enzyme so that both strands of DNA can be synthesized efficiently.

Researcher found that group of enzyme named Thg1-like proteins (TLPs), which were found to add nucleotides in the opposite direction. TLPs are the exception and add nucleotides in the reverse direction to repair the "opposite end" of damaged RNAs.

Template-dependent nucleotide addition in the reverse (3′-5′) direction by Thg1-like protein Thg1-like protein (TLP) catalyzes the addition of a nucleotide to the 5′-end of truncated transfer RNA (tRNA) species in a Watson-Crick template–dependent manner. The reaction proceeds in two steps: the activation of the 5′-end by adenosine 5′-triphosphate (ATP)/guanosine 5′-triphosphate (GTP), foll...

This Awesome Periodic Table Shows the Origins of Every Atom in Your Body Here’s something to think about: the average adult human is made up of 7,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 (7 octillion) atoms, and most of them are hydrogen - the most common element in the Universe , produced by the Big Bang 13.8 billion years...

The expansion of the genetic alphabet with two synthetic unnatural nucleotides that selectively pair to form an unnatural base pair (UBP) would increase the information storage potential of DNA, and semisynthetic organisms (SSOs) that stably harbor this expanded alphabet would thereby have the potential to store and retrieve increased information
