The Department of Biochemistry, Institute of Home Economics, Delhi University successfully organized an add-on short-term certificate course on “Introduction to Clinical Biochemistry” from June 3-10 June 2025. The course aimed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the fundamental principles and applications of clinical biochemistry. This course was attended by 25 UG & PG students from various institutes.

Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) & Department of Biochemistry, Institute of Home Economics, Delhi University jointly organized a workshop on "Research Methodology" from June 16-20, 2025. Participants gained a thorough understanding of research methodology concepts, including research design, sampling, data collection, and analysis. The event provided a valuable learning experience, empowering students to conduct research projects with confidence.

Institute of Home Economics in collaboration with Miranda House and Gargi College is hosting the 15th Annual International Conference of the Comparative Education Society of India (CESI). It will be held from 5 to 7 December 2025.
