बैंकों की भर्ती में हो रहा बड़ा बदलाव, ऐसे मिलेगी नौकरी
बैंकों में भर्ती प्रक्रिया में बदलाव का क्रम जारी है। आरबीआई समेत सरकारी और निजी बैंकों की ओर से एमबीए छात्र-छात्राओं का कैंपस सेलेक्शन पहले से होता रहा है। अब बैंकों की भर्ती में शिक्षण संस्थानों का और महत्व बढ़ने जा रहा है। कई बैंकों ने अफसरों एवं र्क्लक ग्रेड के पदों पर भर्ती से पहले अभ्यर्थियों को पढ़ाने का निर्णय लिया है। तीन बैंकों में इसकी शुरुआत हो चुकी है।
इसके लिए बैंकों ने विश्वविद्यालय से संपर्क भी किया है। इसके तहत सफल अभ्यर्थियों को कोर्स पास करने के बाद ही नियुक्ति पत्र दिया जाएगा। इतना ही नहीं बैंकों में अब अफसरों के स्केल-टू तथा विशेषज्ञ पदों पर सीधे भर्ती शुरू हो गई है।
बैंकिंग और फाइनेंस पर आधारित यह डिप्लोमा कोर्स करने के बाद अभ्यर्थी इन पदों के लिए भी आवेदन कर सकेंगे।
एसबीआई को छोड़कर अन्य बैंकों में अफसरों और क्लर्कियल ग्रेड में भर्ती के लिए इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ बैंकिंग पर्सोनल सेलेक्शन (आईबीपीएस) की ओर से परीक्षा कराई जाती है। ग्रुप डिस्कशन और साक्षात्कार की जिम्मेदारी भी अब आईबीपीएस के पास आ गई है लेकिन बैंक ऑफ बड़ौदा, आंध्रा बैंक और आईसीआईसीआई बैंक ने नियुक्ति से पहले अभ्यर्थियों को एक साल का डिप्लोमा कोर्स करवाने का भी निर्णय लिया है। इसके लिए तीनों बैंकों ने सिक्किम मनिपाल यूनिवर्सिटी से समझौता किया है।
नई प्रक्रिया के तहत पूर्व के तहत ही बैंक की ओर से लिखित परीक्षा कराई जाएगी। इसके बाद ग्रुप डिस्कशन फिर साक्षात्कार होगा। इसमें सफल अभ्यर्थियों को बैंकिंग एंड फाइनेंस नामक एक वर्षीय डिप्लोमा कोर्स में दाखिला दिया जाएगा। फिलहाल यह कोर्स बंगलूरू में चलता है। इसकी पढ़ाई का खर्च बैंक अभ्यर्थी को शिक्षा ऋण के रूप में देंगे। साथ में बांड भरवाया जाएगा। पढ़ाई पूरी करने के बाद अभ्यर्थी यदि एक निश्चित अवधि तक उसी बैंक में नौकरी करता है तो यह ऋण माफ हो जाएगा। अन्यथा, चुकता करना पड़ेगा।
पॉयनियर ट्योटोरियल की पद्मा पांडेय ने बताया कई अन्य बैंकों में भी भर्ती की यही प्रक्रिया अपनाए जाने की तैयारी है। इसमें बैंक को जहां एक ट्रेंड अफसर मिल जाता है, वहीं अभ्यर्थियों के लिए भी यह कोर्स करने के बाद बैंक में नौकरी के अलावा कई अन्य रास्ते खुल जाते हैं।
करनी होगी कई विषयों की पढ़ाई
आईबीपीएस की ओर से आयोजित पीओ भर्ती परीक्षा में सामान्य जानकारी के पेपर में समसामयिक और आर्थिक जगत से जुड़ी खबरों पर अधिक सवाल होते हैं लेकिन नई प्रक्रिया में इसका दायरा बढ़ गया है। अब यह सामान्य अध्ययन का पेपर हो गया है जिसमें इतिहास, भूगोल, विज्ञान आदि विषयों से भी बराबर के सवाल होंगे।

Banking Officer Training Programme
Banking Officer Training Programme is an initiative of HDFC, Yes Bank, Citi Bank, Kodak Bank to attract young talent who wish to pursue a career in banking. It is designed to develop specialists with banking knowledge and selling skills to fulfil the need of trained bankers. It is a 2 months to 6 months training programme, conducted at Bank Academy, Delhi.

Since its inception in 2011 more than 15,000 students have joined the Bank after undergoing the training at the Bank Academy, Delhi


Salient Features of Banking Officer Training Programme:
• The training has a blended curriculum with instructor led classroom sessions, e-learning and internship at Bank branches/offices.
• The training imparts knowledge and skills in core banking (banking products, banking operations, channels and customers, receipts and payments, etc). The trainees will have the opportunity to specialize in one of the following areas in banking:
i) TRADE Finance
ii) Privilege Banking
iii) Rural Inclusive Banking
iv) Retail Banking
v) Any other Profile as decided by Bank.
• The participants are put through a very rigorous training with special emphasis on application of knowledge and overall development of personality.
