North Delhi Public School organized an educational trip to the National Rail Museum for the students of grade Mont 1 -V on 19th August 2026.The visit was full of learning, excitement, and fun.
The children explored many fascinating sections of the museum such as the Rocket Steam Locomotive, the inception of Indian Railways, building of the railway network, rail fastening system, train operational board, telecommunications, research, development and innovation, and international builders with number plates. They also observed vintage engines, railway artifacts, and historical exhibits that helped them understand the rich heritage of Indian Railways.
The children also enjoyed an exciting ride on the Joy Express train. During the ride, they closely observed the beautiful surroundings of the Rail Museum, old engines, and historical railway exhibits. It was a very enjoyable and educational experience for the children.
The trip enhanced the studentsโ knowledge about railway history, technology, and transportation systems while making learning enjoyable and interactive.
