LOUKI (bottle groud) KHEER
Test bhi, 👌diet bhi 😎
Ingredients - 1/2kg. Louki, 500ml. Milk, 150gm sugar
3tbs milk powder, 2tsp Desi ghee, 1tspchironji , 2tsp
mix nuts ,1tsp ilayachi powder
Recipe - Louki ko gread Karen , kadhai mein ghee,sugar & louki Dale or low flme par Louki soft hone tak pakaye , Now add milk take1boil &add milk
Powder,mix properly, add ilaychi &take 2-3boil
Keep for cool , Now transfer in serving bowl decorate
With chironji &nuts keep in refrigerator for chill.
Now ENJOY 👍
Note- sugar ki jagah Desi khand bhi use kar sakte h

FALSEY KA SHARBAT
COOLER OF STOMACH
BEAT to HEAT & GIVE FRUIT TREAT 👍
Recipe - 8serve
ingredients - 250gm. FALSEY ,50gm Desi khand,
Black Salt 1tsp., Salt 1tsp , Black pepper 1/2tsp
Water litre,
Recipe -1 FALSEY ko 1 /2ltr. water mein 1 hour ke liye bhigoye 2charn in shake jar till sapreat pulp .
3 sapreat pulp with Soup strainer, this step do twice,
4 add khand ,salt , pepper, hole tray ice cubes.
Now serve drink with chield fruits 😎
Note - this drink can't serve with melun fruits.

GULAB KA GULKAND
DIMAG KI THANDAK
ingredients -500gm. Desi GULAB ke phool,
4-5green ilayachi , 400 gm. Dhaga mishri,
Recipe -step 1 remove Patel's from Gulab&wash properly, 2 keep on clean cotton cloth in shade for
Dry, 3 do small piece of mishri, 4 make powder of
Green ilayachi, 5 put Gulab Petels in shake jar of
Mixer grinder churn darara , add mishri powder &
ilayachi powder, mix properly, transfer in glass
Container , keep in sunlight for 1day , after 15
Days ready for use 👍
Note-shelf life is very long time.

GRAPES juice, Without JUICER
ingredients -250gm, grapes, 1Chota cup water,
1/2tea spoon Sainda namak, 1chutki Black pepper
Recipe -1put all ingredients in shake jar of mixer .
2churn properly, 3Now strain with soup strainer ,
Now juice is ready ENJOY 👍
Note- if grapes are sour than put 1/2tea spoon boora.

SABUDANA CUTLETS
Ingredients - 1/2cup Sabudana, 2medium size patato, 10-15 kismis, 2small cuti green chilli,
3tea spoon crushed moongfali sainda Namak & black pepper powder, according to taste, oil for frying,
Recipe - 1Sabudana ko wash kare or 3-4 hours ke liye rakh de , batches mein water sprinkle karte rahe
2boild patato &mash,3Now mix all ingredients,
4shape to cutlets, 5heat oil &fry all cutlets till golden brown colour. Now ENJOY 👍
Note- cutlets should be popped.

Today Cheeku Shake Day
Swad mein Lajjwab, Banane me Aasan
Recipe- 3Cheeku , boiled cold milk 3glass,
Desi khand 2-3 tea spoon ,
Peel &cut in small piece to Cheekus . Now put in
Large Jar of mixer with Desi khand &1glass of milk.
Charn till become smooth paste, add 2glass of milk
& Shake for minute pour in glass add ice cubes
And Enjoy 😋😋
Note -you can add 3 Scoope icecream in last step 👍

Chukundar(Beet root) Cutlets
Himoglobin badhaye ,Sabko pasand aaye 🙂
ingredients -3 Boiled beet root, 1boiled patato,
3spoon bhune chane ka atta , 2spoon kuti moongfali
4-5cashunut (in2piece) , salt , red pepper, dhaniya
Powder, sounf powder, garm masala , whole masala
According to taste , oil for frying
Recipe -grede to beetroot & patato, mix,them with
Chana atta & whole masala , shape in round or any
Decorate with cashew nuts & ground nuts
Heat oil in pan &fry all cutlets on middle heat
Serve with green chutney &tamato sous & Enjoy 😋

Winter Special besan& jaggery (gurd) Ladu
Bhukh mitaye &Nutrition dilaye
ingredients -2cup besan ,1-1/2cupdesi ghee, 1/2cup
Powder sugar &3/4cup gud(jaggery), mix dryfruit.
Recipe -kadhai mein besan bhune 5minit middle flame& 3mini low flame add chopped dryfruit till golden brown colour ,now sapret in plate,melt gud
in kadhai &mix in besan &mix powder sugar (bura)also shape in ladoo & Enjoy 😋
Note-you can make with wheat flour
