A British style pastry kitchen curated for an old school bakery experience by our Chef/Owner Sukhmani Kaur Bedi This venture was a budding dream, just like us.
We met, we spoke and we fell in love. We moved from being me to us. We resonate the warmth and love we felt, to our food! And when you've experienced Bäckkerei, you shall leave with the same vibe we live with everyday. "We are an experience you will want again, trust us".

BAKED MANGO CHEESE CAKE.
Our old school baked Mango cheese cake’s top layer is topped with fresh mango pulp, Then comes the middle layer which is the thickest layer consisting of a mixture of fresh cream cheese, fresh dairy cream, eggs & sugar and the bottom layer comprises of a crust or base made from crushed cookies, graham crackers.
Head Pâtisserie Chef treats each order like her first order with no compromises on the standard recipe, portion size, ingredients, method of preparing/baking & quality of products used for the production & packaging while ensuring her clients drool over the old school bakery goodies.
