Kala Utsav

Kala Utsav Kala Utsav, launched in 2015 by DSE&L, MoE, is an annual event to foster and showcase artistic talent among secondary students.

It celebrates cultural diversity through competitions at school, district, state, and national levels. Kala Utsav is an initiative of the Ministry of Human Resource Development designed to promote our Living Traditions of Arts by bringing together over 1400 students from all 36 States/Union Territories to present Indian culture in the form of Dance, Music, Theatre and Visual Arts
