The day was nothing short of magical, as students and teachers came together to enjoy a day filled with fun activities and bonding moments. As the last picnic of the session 2023-24 Neeviens chose to go to Rangmanch farms at Gurgaon, an adventure park. From the moment we arrived, there was an atmosphere of excitement and anticipation in the air.Throughout the day, students had the opportunity to engage in a variety of recreational and fun filled activities, including outdoor games, sports, adventure games like zip lining , animal rides ( camel &horse riding)and exploration of the beautiful surroundings at Rangmanch. As we look back on the day with fondness, let us carry forward the spirit of unity, friendship, and adventure that we shared at Rangmanch. May the memories we created together serve as a reminder of the wonderful community, we have built here at The Neev School. We look forward to many more memorable experiences together in the future.

*BASANT PANCHAMI CELEBRATION* ☀️🌻💛
Basant Panchami, also known as Vasant Panchami, marks the arrival of spring in India. Celebrated with great fervor and enthusiasm, it holds cultural and religious significance. At The Neev School, we believe in fostering cultural diversity and celebrating festivals to educate our students about their rich heritage. This year, Basant Panchami was celebrated with much enthusiasm and traditional fervor, showcasing the vibrancy of our culture. The school premises were adorned with vibrant colours symbolizing the arrival of spring. Yellow, the predominant colour of Basant Panchami, was used extensively in decorations. The celebration included a special puja dedicated to Goddess Saraswati, the Hindu deity of knowledge, wisdom, and arts. Students and teachers gathered to seek the blessings of the goddess for academic success and creative endeavors. The Basant Panchami celebration at The Neev School was a resounding success, reflecting our commitment to promoting cultural awareness and fostering a sense of belonging among students. The event not only celebrated the arrival of spring but also instilled values of knowledge, wisdom, and creativity, echoing the essence of Basant Panchami.

Leaving behind the hustle and bustle of the school corridors, students venture into the serene sanctuary of Sunder Nursery. Surrounded by towering trees and fragrant blooms, they are instantly captivated by the beauty of this paradise.Sunder Nursery isn't just a feast to the eyes—it's a celebration of culture and creativity. As students navigate the pathways of Sunder Nursery, bonds are forged, and friendships are strengthened. All the students enjoyed various slides, swings and views with enthusiasm. Sharing laughter ,experiences, and meals create lasting memories that transcend the boundaries of the classroom, fostering a sense of belonging.

Republic Day celebrations at our school were a vibrant display of patriotism and unity. Students, clad in tricolor attire, participated in various cultural programs, showcasing India's rich culture, patriotism,love for mother nation through dance, music, and skits. Classrooms were adorned with handmade decorations reflecting the spirit of the day. The celebration served as a reminder of the sacrifices made by our freedom fighters and the responsibility we bear as citizens in upholding the principles enshrined in the Constitution.The day concluded with a sense of camaraderie as students and staff joined hands in singing patriotic songs, reinforcing the spirit of unity in diversity. The Republic Day celebration in our school not only instilled a sense of pride of being Indian but also emphasized the need for active participation in nation-building.

It has been 10 years since Sanjeev sir is not with us physically, but his teachings and his affection are still present with all of us. It's a somber occasion, but it's also an opportunity to reflect on the impact he had on our lives and our school Neev and on Neev community.Sanjeev Sir was not just an administrator; he was a guiding light for all of us. He embodied the values of dedication, discipline, and integrity, which he instilled in both students and staff.Let us continue to uphold the principles and values he stood for as we move forward, ensuring that his memory lives on!

“It is the supreme art of the teacher to awaken joy in creative expression and knowledge.” We celebrate Teachers’ Day every year throughout the country on 5th September. Students express their gratitude and appreciation for their teachers on this day. This day is dedicated to Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan – second President of India. Teacher’s Day is marked across India to honour the beacons of wisdom, the figures of inspiration, and the noble souls that awaken the mind and heart, the teachers.

The main objective behind celebrating ‘Raksha Bandhan’ was making the children aware about the virtuous bond of love between a brother and a sister which is one of the deepest and noblest of all human emotions. Raksha Bandhan or Rakhi is a special occasion to celebrate this emotional bonding. The sister ties a holy thread around the wrist of her brothers. This thread with sisterly love is rightly called the Rakhi since it means” a bond of protection.” To help our children learn about the culture of our country ,various events are organised in the school. Their innocent smiles and the charm of occasion brightened the whole atmosphere.☺️

The Independence Day has a special place in the heart of every Indian. Not only does it symbolizes the celebration of wonderful years of freedom but also extends an emphatic message of the progressive future of our country. The 77th Independence Day of our motherland India, was celebrated with great enthusiasm and fervor by young Neevians. The event was full of patriotism and zeal that kindled a sense of love for our country within the children. It also reminded us of the immense sacrifices of those who gave up their lives for the freedom of India.

Yellow Day was celebrated by our little Neevians on 03/08/2023 Thursday.

Yellow is the colour of optimism, glory, sunshine, and happiness. It stands for freshness, positivity, intellect and joy.

The motive of celebrating yellow day was to make the students aware of the colour yellow, its significance and to develop the fine motor skills in the students.
A day dedicated to the colour yellow was marked with cheerful children attired in different hues and tints of yellow outfits and sparkling with optimism, enlightenment and happiness.

Earth day celebration

Earth Day is celebrated all around the world on 22nd April. The day inspires us to act towards the protection of the environment and focuses on the need for conservation. Keeping up with this thought, an array of activities were organised for classes Pre Nursery to V. Neevians enjoyed various activities and crafts. With an aim to sensitize our young minds regarding the conservation of natural resources, a thoughtful discussion on the significance of the Day was held in the classes. The celebration instilled a feeling of gratitude towards our mother nature as our young minds thanked the Mother Earth for all its bountiful gifts in the form of birds, animals, flowers, rivers, mountains etc. The celebration motivated our young Neevians to save, love and respect our Mother Nature with all their heart and soul.

Holi the festival of colours and joy is celebrated with great enthusiasm, vibrant colours ,and spirit of brother hood by all the Neeviens.
Students of classes *Pre Nursery to KG* spreaded the festive vibes by playing with herbal gulal with their friends and also understanding the meaning and purpose of celebrating the festival.
Everybody danced on high beat of holi songs ,applied colours on each other’s face and enjoying delicious sweets.

*The Neev Kids* celebrated the most awaited festival of the Year with fun & frolic.

"Gifts of time and love are surely the basic ingredients of an amazing *"Merry Christmas.”* Celebration of Christmas at the end of the year gives a good farewell to the passing year.

The students enjoyed with lots of fun. They participated in the singing of Christmas songs and carols, tapped their toes on the rhythm of music and relished yummy cakes and cookies.

The teachers put in a lot of efforts to make this day a memorable one and brought along the feel of joy and happiness.

Green Day Celebration
Green, the colour of life, renewal, nature, and energy, is associated with meanings of growth, harmony, freshness, safety, fertility, and environment.
On 9th December, The Neev Kids celebrated “GREEN DAY” with the main motive to make kids aware with green colour and what importance does it hold in our day to day life.
Little champs were delightfully dressed up in Green attire and added more shine by creating eye pleasing scene with attractive plants, leaves, green balloons collection, toys etc. Kids left us with beautiful and meaningful quotes on Green colour. They were made aware with the importance of green vegetables and fruits. Some kids spoke few lines on related activity.
They were introduced with various shades of colour Green and thus we culminated our activity with great zeal and enthusiasm and gained our champs with fruitful information.

Janmashtami is a Hindu festival celebrated on occasion of the birth of Lord Shri Krishna , the eighth avatar of Lord Vishnu. It is celebrated with great zeal and enthusiasm throughout India. Janmashtami has a dynamic history and has great importance and impact on Indians. To celebrate this importance , our little Neevians participated whole heartedly in a fancy dress competition.

Every year on April 22nd, World Earth Day is observed to raise awareness about environmental protection and to address the global climate problem. With each passing year, the climate worsens, and it is our responsibility to assist in the conservation and preservation of Mother Nature. Earth Day is celebrated to honour our earth and create awareness of the need to protect them.Protecting Mother Earth should be our foremost duty.
