ADTEA has files the Case of Pay parity in Delhi CAT for 5K EA and 4K Technician through
Sh Shyamvir Singh, Zonal Secretary.

Dear 5K EA

We trying to Solve that issue of 6500 scale for our members as well all left outs. As a office bearer I would like to assure all of you that ADTEA is here with all of you and will file a Court case for all left outs irrespective of association, unlike our sister association. We are a responsible association and understand our responsibility. We also not interested in creating any hindrance in the implementation of current verdict of 434 EA. We have asked all zonal head to implement this verdict soon. Don’t get misguided; your association will always stand with you.
DG AIR has assured us that they will send our case to ministry for approval as soon as we get it from court. And I am assured that Delhi CAT will give its verdict in our favor with in 2-3 hearing as one case is already there in Delhi CAT.

Further I want to clear one point that there are some rumors that ADTEA is going to take stay order on present verdict of 434 EA which is baseless and fact less. We are in favor of early implementation this verdict. Have faith in the association as we are in the process of filing the case in Delhi CAT for an Order for all left outs.

It is very sad to say that Shri R K Nema ADG(E)(NZ), All India Radio and Doordarshan, Delhi passed away this morning( 07.08.2015) at an age of 57 years due to Heart Attack at Delhi.

I&B Ministry has issued the order to implement Mahender Singh Rana & Ananda Kumar Appukuttan Nair case(One Cadre One Pay) today evening. Order is lying with R&I Section of I&B Ministry hope will reach DG AIR in 1 or 2 days.
