ELEVEN PRACTICAL TIPS TO SHED EXCESS WEIGHT
1 – Write down what you eat and you will pick up your mistakes.
2- Don’t skip breakfast – Instead this should be your largest meal.
3- Eat regular meals 3 main – Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner with 2 snacks time in between. This will keep metabolism high.
4- Start loving Fruits and Vegetables as they are low in Calories and fat and high in fiber. They also contain plenty of vitamins and minerals.
5- Get more physically active. Being active is key to losing weight and keeping it off.
6- Drink plenty of water. People sometIme confuse thirst with hunger. You can end up consuming extra calories when a glass of water is really what few need.
7- Eat high fiber foods – Food containing lots of fiber can help keep you feel full, which is perfect for losing weight. Enjoy fruits, vegetables, oats, whole grain, bread, brown rice, beans, peas and lentils.
8- Use a smaller Plate – Cut down on portions. By using smaller plates and bowls, you may be able to gradually get used to smaller portion without going Hungary.
9- Eat Slowly – It takes 20 minutes for the stomach to tell the brain it’s full, so eat slowly and stop eating before you feel full.
10- Cut down alcohol. These are empty calories and snacking along steeply increase weight.
11- Don’t ban any food – Eat your favorite food but just 2 spoons.
