Industrial Visit to The National Small Industries Corporation Ltd.-NSIC

MBA - MAIT students, under the guidance of faculty coordinators Rajiv Jain and Rajat Malik,SPHR, PCC-ICF Malik, visited NSIC Technical Services Centre, Okhla on March 17, 2025 to explore hashtag & government startup schemes. MBA - MAIT students visited Yakult Danone India Pvt. Ltd. on 13th Feb 2025, gaining insights into probiotic production. The visit, coordinated by Dr. Rajiv Jain & Dr. Ritu Gupta, included an engaging session by Ms. Mehak Garg followed by a plant tour.

On March 20, 2025, MBA - MAIT organized a workshop on happiness and well-being, led by Dr. Sangeeta Rawal. The session explored emotional intelligence, mindfulness, gratitude, and work-life balance, emphasizing that happiness is a mindset cultivated through daily practices. A powerful video reinforced the message: happiness is a choice, not a destination.
