Heritage walk to Purana Qila. Purana Qila, a site that has been associated with Mahabharata’s Indraprastha by various scholars on the basis of literary and archival evidences. The site continued to be inhabited during various phases of Indian history like Mauryan, Sunga, Kushanas, Gupta, Rajputs, Sultanate and Mughals. Existing monuments belongs to Mughals and Sher Shah Suri’s period and suggest a transition from Sultanate to Mughal architecture.
