We are looking for ACCA, CMA USA, and CFA Aspirants for Handling inquiries of ACCA (UK) , CMA (USA), and CFA ( USA) courses respectively.
📍Roles and Responsibilities
• Provide them with the info related to the course assigned to you and help students in the enrollment process.
• Handle inquiries- walk-ins, telephonic, emails, etc. and document the same in the company's CRM software.
• Advise students on exploring Global Accounts & finance courses that can help them shape their careers.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Have work experience in the student's support (although freshers can also apply)
• 6-month min work exp. or More ( preferred)
• Should be hardworking and honest.
• Good English communication (both written and verbal)
• Knowing any of these courses which are ACCA, CFA, and CMA USA will be considered an advantage.
• Should have a working knowledge of MS Office
(Note:- 1. Training will be Given.
