A vibrant celebration of Japanese culture came alive at the two-day (8-9 May) cultural camp organised by Amity International School, Vasundhara Sector 6, under the aegis of Amity Educational Resource Centre, in collaboration with the Japan Foundation, New Delhi. 🇯🇵✨ Students from the six Amity International Schools actively participated in this enriching experience. From Daruma doll painting, origami, and calligraphy to fan making, tea ceremony, and traditional attire yukata , students immersed themselves in the beauty of Japanese culture. The excitement continued with Japanese cuisine workshops and a lively anime-inspired show. The camp concluded on a joyful note, leaving participants with creative memories, cultural insights, and a deeper appreciation for Japan. 🌸

An evening of stories, culture, and courage
“MANCH” — a beautiful theatrical presentation inspired by Hungarian folk tales — came alive at the Liszt Institute – Hungarian Cultural Centre, New Delhi. Performed by the talented children of MIMA and directed by Vikrant Singh, the stage transformed into a space of imagination, confidence, and hope.

For these young performers, this wasn’t just a show — it was a journey of self-belief, creativity, and expression. Moments like these remind us how arts can empower, uplift, and shape brighter futures.

Young Amitians showcased their creativity and artistic expression at the *Magic Brush – On-the-Spot Painting Competition* held at the Embassy of Hungary. The theme **“Hungary and Sport – Champions of the World”** inspired students to beautifully blend imagination, colours, and sporting spirit on canvas. It was a wonderful platform for young artists to explore global culture through art and gain enriching exposure.
