โ He wants to get down.
โ Looks over the edge.
โ It's too high.
โ Grabs a pillow.
โ Drops it.
โ Grabs another.
โ Drops it.
โ Slides off.

Here's what he didn't do:
โ Research best practices.
โ Ask permission.
โ Doubt his ability.
โ Wait for someone else.
โ Worry what it would look like if he failed.
โ Form a committee.

โ We used to be like this.
โ Before we learned that failure is embarrassing.
โ Before we needed three opinions before acting.
โ Before every move required a business case.
โ Before instinct got replaced by overthinking.
โ Now we plan instead of trying.
โ We wait for perfect conditions.
โ We analyze until the moment disappears.
That toddler doesn't know he's "not supposed to" improvise.
He just sees the gap between where he is and where he wants to be.

The way we all did once.
Before we got too smart for our own good.
๐ซต What are you planning instead of solving?
