Law : 53 sections are applicable
which are notified by ICAI in
company law. Rest syllabus of
Ethics, Communication and allied
laws is same. Supplementary
material for Companies Act.

Tax: There are some amendments
which are applicable including
addition of Basic Concept of
Indirect Tax and CENVAT.
