Teachers' Day Celebrations!! Meeting all friends after a long time!! Memorable moments and quality time spent together!!

A proud moment for all of us!! Blessed to be a part of the VIS Family!!

This special day of November 13, 2020 dawned bright in Venkateshwar International School as teachers and students gathered virtually on Microsoft Teams to celebrate the ethos of Diwali & the Annual Investiture ceremony. A mellifluous rendition of a bhajan set the right tone to begin the special assembly. This was followed by a talk about the modern perspective of Diwali, to celebrate the triumph of good over evil in an unorthodox way, being mindful of the environment. In the Investiture Ceremony that followed, Siddhant Singh was appointed the Head Boy, while, Sanjana Khajuria was appointed the Head Girl of the School. This was followed by the address of the Head Of School, Dr ManishaSharma bestowing responsibilities on the deserving young leaders of the school to lead the institution from the front with their commitment and confidence . The presentation concluded with the Oath Taking Ceremony by the newly elected cabinet & a Vote Of Thanks proposed by the Senior Coordinator, Ms Jasmine Anand.

Congratualtions Anushka! We are proud of you! Anushka Bansal, a student of class 12 DD, has successfully published a poetry anthology, 'Unfurl.' The book aims to highlight issues of social relevance through teenage experiences.
Anushka plans to distribute 200 copies of her book pro-bono across NGOs in Delhi; thus, using poetry as a tool to make social awareness accessible to people from all sections of the society.
Her book has been professionally reviewed by seven renowned authors, critics, and poets from across the world and has been published by Rachna Sagar Publications.

ADIEU LES AMIS (SESSION 2019-20)
On 28th December 2019, Venkateshwar International School held the Farewell Party of class XII, which marks the end of the phase of school life. It started in the traditional way with the Tilak ceremony. It was a touching affair as students part ways from an institution that had nurtured them from the time they could barely speak to the time they have finally learnt to speak up for things that matter.
The formal event began with a Welcome to our respected Vice Principal ma’am, Dr. Manisha Sharma, whose inspiring, soul-enticing address brought in front of the student’s eyes an infinite series of interconnected memories. The address highlighted how the various students of the batch of 2019-20 brought accolades to this school in various fields. This was followed by a gratitude poem dedicated to all mentors.
This was followed by an enthralling cultural programme put up by the students of class XI which was genuinely appreciated by the audience. The students of class XII were then awarded various titles that filled the air with mirth and cheer.
With the vote of thanks by the class XII students, the entire batch expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the school. The day’s programme came to an end leaving every participant immersed in euphoria and nostalgia.

Prayaas held on 7 th December 2019 was not just an exhibition but a plethora of creativity, beautiful craftsmanship, dedication, hard work............. Congratulations to the entire Middle Wing teachers and students for the success of the event!! Really commendable!!

Day 2 at S. Radhakrishnan Auditorium for the World Scholar's Cup. Our students exhibiting their innate talent for the Scholar's Show... Very much appreciated by one and all.

The students of Venkateshwar International School bagged 130 Gold medals, 108 Silver medals and 9 Trophies in the Scholar's World Cup , Regional round, Dwarka held in11 and 12 October 2019.
