Small Step for Big Leap

Most of the time, it's the weakest performers who resist the feedback. To them it's seems like everyone is conspiring against them.

This theory of 'everyone conspiring against me' provides them a sense of self satisfaction and hence they don't want to accept any feedback. Which leads to further decline in their performance.

The confident one always respects the critics and accept every target as a new peak to be scaled. This approach always push them to go beyond their comfort zone.

Both have the rebellion attitude however the sole difference is of mindset. One has a fixed mindset whereas another has growth mindset!
