Leap Skills LEAP aims to help motivated students achieve their career aspirations through training that teaches t Education for Employment is LEAP's flagship course.

We at LEAP believe that the challenge of the skills gap can only be resolved if we recognize that industry requirements and aspirations that determine student choices are both sides of the same coin. LEAP aims to follow a demand-based, regional approach and understanding skill requirements of employers as well as career aspirations of students. LEAP will focus on providing both life-long skills as

well as sector specific skills to students allowing them to create careers of their own choice. LEAP through "Education for Employment" aims to address this important issue by skilling students in order to bridge the gap between the skills that students have and those that are required to make them employable.

Learning becomes meaningful when curiosity turns into action. 🌱

Meet Srishti Ahuja, another one of our students who explored the world of cloud technology through the Data AWS Cloud Computing Course. ☁️💻

With little prior exposure to cloud computing, Srishti began her learning journey with the goal of understanding the fundamentals and discovering how cloud technology connects with the opportunities shaping today’s digital world.

Through simple, practical learning and regular assessments, she built her understanding step by step and gained greater confidence in exploring new areas of technology. The course also introduced her to the possibilities of AI and cloud careers, helping her look at her future with a broader perspective. ✨

Meet Kanika Chauhan, a B.Tech student, who took her first steps into the world of Artificial Intelligence through the course "Design Fundamentals with AI". 💻

With a curiosity to understand AI beyond the classroom, Kanika joined the programme to build a strong foundation in AI fundamentals, machine learning, and real-world applications.
