Our Story

This is an English Medium school affiliated to CBSE . It has been securing positions and merits in the Board Examinations, achieving excellent results for many years now. At present the school has 2000 students on roll. These are predominantly value based and organized in a manner as to give maximum number of students an opportunity to speak at the mike by way of leading in school prayer, delivering thoughts or messages through poems, storytelling, passage reading etc, reading the news headlines and conducting a round of General Knowledge questions. The response and participation of students in large numbers is overwhelming.The school practices the new system of prize distribution which is a deviation from the routine format of awarding prizes to academically meritorious students. In the modern times when moral values have taken a back seat, our school is making an endeavor to appreciate and promote the finer qualities of the heart. For this purpose students are observed all year round and judged for qualities of the heart rather than the head. Awards are given to students with exemplary conduct.At the plus two level, school has three streams i.e., Science, Commerce and Humanities. Students from our school have achieved great heights and become doctors, engineers, news readers, C.A, M.L.A and house wives above all good human beings.The primary aim of St. Anthony's Girls Sr. Sec. School is to realize the Education Vision of the Institute by imparting integral formation (religious, moral, social, cultural and physical) based on principles of Christian faith, to the members of the Christian Community. It also imparts integral education to all other girls admitted to this institution irrespective of caste or race.For the realization of its education objectives, the school relies on the whole hearted co-operation of the parents, the authentic personal witness of inspired, competent, committed teachers and the genuine receptivity of students.
