After much deliberations, it has been decided by the organisers of the Moot that the 2020 edition will be cancelled. Consequently, the registration fee collected will be refunded to all the participants. An email will be sent as well to this effect.

This is to inform you all that the Oral Rounds for the III CCI-NLUD Competiton Law Moot 2020 stand postponed indefinitely in purview of the regulation released by the University Grants Comission (UGC).

Dear All,
In light of the recent coronavirus outbreak, the Administration and the Organisers are deliberating on the potential postponement of the Oral Rounds of the III CCI-NLUD Competiton Law Moot 2020.

The official statement shall be released soon. Kindly wait for the same.

Keeping with the OC intros, we now have Harsh Chaudhary.

This is what his friends Himanshu and Atishay have, to say about him:
Harsh, who is also one of the members of organising committee, is someone who is one of the most calm and composed persons one will find in a room. While many may only know this aspect of his personality, his friends would describe him as a cheerful and chirpy guy who lights up the room everytime he walks in. The amount of experience he has in organizing various events is inexplicable and his ability to complete any assigned task efficiently speaks volumes about his work ethics. His silent demeanor may trick you to consider him an introvert, but make sure to catch a conversation with him over cricket, food and travelling to have a glimpse of the other side of the coin.

Next in line is Aditya Mittal.

This is what his best friend Aishwarya has to say about him:
Aditya's strong critical reasoning powers and an eye for detail makes him the go to person on campus for getting your memorials checked and getting the strength of your arguments tested. It is incredible how he takes out time from busy academic curriculum and rigorous internships to help out his friends and family. On lazy college days, you will see him humming old songs, ordering good food, bingwatching historical fiction shows and yet meeting all the work deadlines as he seamlessly switches from work to leisure and back to work. His astute understanding of tricky situations, strong work ethics and amazing team management skills make him an admirable team leader.His generous hospitality, hearty laugh and jovial nature are the reasons why he is still friends with participants from previous editions.Even when he hasn't slept for nights, you will see him geared up for the day in his finest suit, helping out the committee and participants with a smile on his face and a passion to make this edition a bigger success.

Continuing with the OC intros, we now have Aishwarya Gupta.

This is what her best friend Aditya has to say about her:
Aishwarya is a kind of person who is bound to leave a lasting impression on you. She manages to create a place and identity of herself in the crowd and almost always has an interesting input or aspect to contribute to the conversation.

She is a big fan of sitcoms, friends and the office being her favorite. She loves reading meaningful books which inspire her. You can mostly see her donning her much loved sketchers and sipping coffee, while deliberating over some crisis and checking things off her meticulously maintained diary. Else, she'll be in her bed lounging for as long as she can.

Don't hesitate to approach her in case of any problem, as she's one of the best people to turn to to get good solutions quickly. There's no doubt in the fact that having her in the OC would singlehandedly increase the efficiency of the team. I wish her and the entire OC all the very best for the event.L

Next in line is Ayush Baheti.

This is what his friend Animesh has to say about him:
Ayush is one of the most remarkable people I've had the fortune of knowing. He's a true friend who makes the people around him grow and become better. Extremely smart, principled to a fault and ever ready to help at all times, he makes a perfect addition to the CCI-OC. If you're stuck with anything, just approach him and he'll come up with an ingenious solution in no time.

Having worked with him closely, I've seen his sincerety, intellect and dedication firsthand. "Bantosh", as he's known in the boys hostel, his entrepreneurial skills and business acumen, which have been of immense utility to the boys hostel, can be matched only by his weird sense of humor, with jokes so bad they make you laugh because they're so bad.

Ayush's interests are diverse and knowledge wide ranging. He can talk at length as to why a Textualist approach can save the world, and just as easily articulate how Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is the next big thing in the NBA. So if you get a chance, do strike up a conversation with him. Trust me, you'll be the better for it.

"Often the smartest guy in the room, Husky likes to keep it low. He is an independent person and a must have for any team given his proficiency in problem solving.
From Eminem to Garry Sandhu, he is full of surprises. Nazki's versatility makes him a reliable person for any situation. His commitment and passion can hardly go unnoticed on the basketball court or towards his responsibilities. He is a lamb with the feats of a Lion"

Ritika is somebody who forgets sleeping to do everything she can to ensure that everything is running smoothly. She is somebody you can count on, in the worst of your days and know that she will help you out.
Apart from her constantly changing food addictions, she is addicted to working hard. If you need somebody who is on a perpetual spree of working and ensuring that everybody else is working well, she is your person!
She finishes TV shows just as fast as she finishes her work, so if you meet her during the rounds, do ask her to recommend you something!
