AA IIT Kanpur Delhi Chapter started in year 1980 with 48 members. Today, it has a membership of over Today, it has a membership of over 750 persons.
With the initiatives of distinguished IIT Kanpur alumni, Alumni Association IIT Kanpur – Delhi Chapter was formed during 1980 with just 48 members. Over a period of time, the Chapter able to maintain two family get togehers i.e., a lunch in the month of January on Sunday falling after 26th January 2015 and a Chaat Party on last Saturday of April, which have now been re-scheduled to first Saturday of May.
