*General Instructions*

♦️Talents may include (but are not limited to) singing, dancing, instrumental music, mono acts/skits, magic, comedy, poetry etc
♦️ Recommended length of performance is 3 minutes, acts must not exceed 5 minutes.
♦️ Absolutely no profanity or insensitive subject matter will be permitted.
♦️ Performers are responsible for their own props and constumes.
♦️ If your acts require music/ recorded stuff, the recording must be provided to the Talent Show Comittee in advance.
♦️ It is the participant's responsibility to get accompanying music back after the show.
♦️There will be prizes given to those winning 1st and 2nd positions.
♦️E - Certificates for all
♦️ Only registered students will be allowed to participate in the event.
♦️ The decision of the jury will be final and binding.

♦️Matches will be on *knock-out* basis.
♦️ Event will be in two categories: *Boys and Girls*.
♦️ Only *8 individuals* will be allowed in both BOYS AND GIRLS(on first cm first serve basis).
♦️ Matches will be of *3 sets of 11 points each*.
♦️ Table referee’s decision will be final decision and *binding*.
♦️All Standard *ITTF rules* will be strictly followed.
♦️ All participants to report in Aryabhatta college Sports room by *11:00 am positively*.
♦️ Any type of *misbehaviour or nuisance* inside the college campus would lead to *immediate disqualification*.
♦️ After registration, we'll contact you for payment of participation confirmation fees *Rs 50*/- per head.

📍📍 GUIDELINES 📍📍

1. Every team will contain 9 members 5 BOYS and 4 GIRLS.

2. Every match is a knockout match

3. Every team will have to report on time (12PM ) in the ground. Their will be reminder call from our side 10minutes before the play .Team not arriving on time will be disqualified.

1. There will be 3 ROUNDS in every match. In finals their will be 5 ROUNDS.

2. Team played in the first round can't be changed in 2nd or 3rd round.. if any team does this.. that team will be directly disqualified.. and other team will get the by pass.

3. Any boy or girl is allowed to play only in one team . If they play for another team,that team will be disqualified.

4. No cleats or gloves will be allowed at the event.

5.Touching the ground for a longer period of time is also considered as a foul.

♦️ Only top 5 teams to qualify preliminary will play the finale.
♦️ The quiz will be based on political science and related arenas including history of politics, political theory, contemporary political personalities, international relations, public policy etc.
♦️ Preliminary Round will be a pen and paper round. The finale will be on the stage.

Guidelines for Vimarsh: The Paper Presentation Competition.

PARISĀ, The Political Science Society of Aryabhatta College is organising ‘VIMARSH: Paper Presentation Competition’ for all Undergraduate students. Some general rules that the teams have to follow:
1. A team with a minimum of 2 and maximum 3 members can participate
2. Only one entry per team is allowed and only 2 entries from a college are permitted.
3. The deadline of submission of the abstract (400-500 words) is 16th April 2022 and selection of teams based on abstracts will be decided by 18 April 2022.
4. Final papers should be submitted by 20th April 2022 on email [email protected]
5. The shortlisted teams have to present their papers in the college itself on 22nd April 2022
6. The total time for the presentation- 15 minutes (Presentation: 10 min + question answer session: 5 min)
7. It is mandatory for the participating teams to fill the registration link in the bio so that further information related to the competition can be communicated through Whatsapp group.
