At *NSERD Parivartan Study Centre*, every lesson is a step toward change. In this vibrant classroom, underprivileged children learn the alphabet, explore new ideas, and build a foundation for a brighter future through free education and computer skill training. With dedicated teachers and curious young minds, we’re turning walls covered in charts into windows of opportunity—because real _Parivartan_ begins with education.

On 15/04/2026, NSERD formally submitted the draft “Agreement of Association” to the General Secretary, Dr. Zakir Husain Memorial Welfare Society (ZHMWS), Jamia Millia Islamia University, New Delhi.

This marks a significant step toward formalizing our collaboration in the areas of *health, education, advocacy, awareness generation, and service delivery* for underserved communities.

The proposed MoU will define shared objectives, roles, and a framework for joint initiatives focused on measurable social impact. We thank ZHMWS for the meaningful dialogue and look forward to finalizing this partnership.
