Academy of Sport Sciences Research & Management aegis of Delhi Pharmaceutical Sciences & Research University conducted its first Sports Education Symposium to highlight the importance of sports science in athlete development. Physical Education teachers & Coaches participated for an interactive session addressing the theme of the symposium. They also made visit to our well-equipped Biomechanics lab & Human assessment lab.
This session ended with the Vice-chancellor closing speech on the role of physical education teachers in development of Sports in India and later facilitated all the participants.

We are pleased to inform you that DIIF is organising a session on "Compliances involved in running a Start-up/Enterprises" by Mr. Ravi Bhatia, Partner, Bhatia & Bhatia, Chartered Accountants, New Delhi on 21st February, 2019 (Thursday) from 3:00 P.M. onwards in Board Room, DPSRU.
All the Faculty and Students are invited to attend the session from guidance/help from the expert.

On 14 February 2019, a convoy of vehicles carrying security personnel on the Jammu Srinagar National Highway was attacked by a vehicle-borne su***de bomber in the Pulwama district, Jammu and Kashmir, India. The attack resulted in the death of 40 Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF)personnel and the attacker.
To pay condolence to the martyrs of Pulwama Attack a Candle light march was organised and attended by faculty members and the students on 15th February.
