Please come prepared with an NIE justification letter from your employer that details your sector and job responsibilities or evidence that you have a qualifying family relationship to a U.S. citizen or LPR. All applicants should also come prepared with standard H&L processing documents, including your I-797 approval notice and an employment confirmation letter or end client letter (if applicable).
