H and L visas are important to us – in fact, they’re our top non-immigrant visa priority this fall, so this week’s post will focus on H and L processing under Presidential Proclamation 10199. 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐚 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐚, we will process your NIE request at your visa interview. Please come prepared with an NIE justification letter from your employer that details your sector and job responsibilities or evidence that you have a qualifying family relationship to a U.S. citizen or LPR. All applicants should also come prepared with standard H&L processing documents, including your I-797 approval notice and an employment confirmation letter or end client letter (if applicable).
