Not only is India's Independence Day a historic celebration which makes one remember and honour the mighty sacrifices our courageous leader and fighters put forward for our country, but also a day to take pride, celebrate and respect our noble country's rich honour, valour, rich history, culture and tradition. Most importantly, the day makes us all remember the core value our country was built on- peace and freedom of expression.

We are starting yoga classes from monday which would be based on basics .Be a part of this class so we all can gain knowledge about asanas.
You all are invited to join us.

Timings - 6 to 7 AM
Days - monday ,wednesday and friday

Please wear comfortable clothes for yoga. If possible please bring yoga Mat with you .

Yoga Club & IQAC of our college in association with Gandhi Smriti and Darshan Samiti, New Delhi are celebrating the 6th International Day of Yoga on 21st June, 2020 (Sunday) at 05:00 p.m. (IST).
The theme of the online Lecture-cum-Demonstration is "Immunity Enhancement through Yoga & Meditation".
