ATM GBS Students Celebrate Basant Panchami with Festive Zeal

ATM Global’ s Badarpur Campus: February 1 2017: The students of ATM Global Business School celebrated the Basant Panchami Festival on February 1 2017 (Wednesday) with fervor and much delight. These students celebrated the arrival of the spring season along with the senior staff and faculty members of the campus.
We would like to inform our academic fraternity that Basant Panchami (also called Vasant Panchami) is a famous festival that marks the end of the winter season is a harbinger of the spring time. Sarasvati is the Hindu goddess of the Basant Panchami festival. Young girls wear bright yellow dresses and take part in festivities. The color yellow signifies the brilliance of nature and the vibrancy of life.
On the Basant Panchami day, students of ATM Global dressed up in yellow and other colourful costumes. At nine a.m., they offered yellow flowers to gods and goddesses. Goddess Saraswati was worshipped. Students also feasted on a special dish, called kesar halwa; it is made from flour, sugar, nuts, and cardamom powder. Students danced and sang, much to the delight of staff and onlookers. The faculty members and senior staff of the Badarpur campus also participated in the event. The celebrations came to an end at around 12 o’ clock noon.
We wish the ATM GBS staff and all members of the ATM family a very happy Basant Panchami.

Management and commerce students of Academy of Technology and Management -Global Business School, Faridabad is one of the unit’s of Shree Vaishno Educational Society went to the manufacturing unit of Yakult, (probiotic drink) Rai Industrial Area, Dist Sonipat on 17/1/17,thursday as a part of their industrial visit which form an important component of management learning process .Students were impressed by the professional .. they meet the Yakult team , saw the automated manufacturing process, learnt the cooperate culture and discipline.
