The WAVE is setup to be aimed to tackle all the facet of inside terror & crime in the country. Women

Thus the primary role of WAVE is to Education & Combat Guidance (ECG) for civilians to protect themselves in respect of laws against Violence & Exploitation, and the state police or the central police force cannot cope up with the situations.
