At GHPS Punjabi Bagh, every learning experience is an opportunity to grow, inspire and make a difference.
Carrying this spirit forward, the school hosted an enriching In-House Workshop on September 17,2026 on the topic ā€œValue Education through Sports and Gamesā€ under the guidance of CBSE.
Our respected Principal Maā€™am, Ms. Jasvinder Kaur, warmly welcomed the resource person and shared an inspiring message on how sports can nurture discipline, resilience, teamwork, confidence and emotional well-being.
The session beautifully highlighted that education goes beyond academic achievementā€”it is about building character, nurturing values and empowering young minds to face life with confidence.
From classrooms to playgrounds, GHPS continues to create meaningful experiences that educate, empower and inspire.
Growing together. Learning together. Inspiring a brighter tomorrow.

Exams are important. Your well-being is too. šŸ’š

Examination periods can bring feelings of stress, pressure and anxiety. While some stress is natural, learning how to manage it can help you approach exams with greater focus and confidence.

Here are a few strategies to support your well-being during exam time:

šŸ“š Plan your preparation ā€” Break your syllabus into smaller, achievable goals.

ā³ Take regular breaks ā€” Short breaks can help you recharge and return to your studies with better focus.

šŸ˜“ Prioritise sleep ā€” Adequate rest is an important part of effective learning and memory.

šŸŒæ Pause and breathe ā€” When you feel overwhelmed, take a moment to slow down and practise deep breathing.

šŸš¶ Stay physically active ā€” A short walk, stretch or movement break can help release tension.

šŸ’ Be mindful of your self-talk ā€” Replace ā€œI can't do thisā€ with ā€œI will focus on what I can do, one step at a time.ā€

šŸ¤ Reach out for support ā€” If exam stress feels overwhelming, speak to a parent, teacher, school counsellor or another trusted adult.

Remember, an examination is an assessment of your preparationā€”not a measure of your worth.

Take care of your mind while you prepare for your exams. šŸŒ±
