Jungle jewels is an innovative concept of using natural and botanical seeds and other plant materials to create ornaments . more than 2500 years ago, Tamil queens were known to wear wild beads and JUNGLE JEWELS as a fashion statement and yet help in promoting cultivation of plants. Jungle jewels has a wide range of creations having its natural colour and aroma, stunning the jeweldesigners and the native dwellers alike. The collection consists of over hundreds of designs catering to the needs of wild fashion and nature lovers. Kullu is not only famous for its scenic beauty but also for its marvelous and inexplicable loomwork.It is famous for its handloom shawls and its history dates back to the pre-independence era.Most of these weavers are job workers who work for master weavers and co-operative societies and recieve wages on a daily basis. These shawls are now being manufactured in a plethora of patterns and textures ranging from IKATS, traditional KINORI designs and also make use of vegetable dyes. So, come get lured this winter ...................!
