Manpower Planning Study completed for Tata Power Solar, Bengaluru & submitted the final report. S/Shri KG Varshney, T. Rajachidambarm & B. Hari former NPC Consultants were involved in finalising the recommendations to TPS.
ITMS is also assisting Indo Rama Synthetics (P) Ltd. implement the suggestions made by it earlier to the management.
Manpower planning field study completed in time & now discussing the draft report to finalise the recommendations.
ITMS undertook the Manpower planning study for TATA Power Solar, Bengaluru for Modules Manufacturing & completed the field study in time.
K G Varshney MD, ITMS as Advisor helped NPC Hyderabad in successfully completing the Man Productivity Study in time for Coal India at WCL - Saoner & Neeljay mines and SECL - Charcha mines.
ITMS organised 2 residential training courses: 1. Effective Office Management focus: HR & RTI at Leh, Laddakh from August 03 to 07, 2015 and 2. Productivity Improvement for Multi-tasking Staff at Jaipur from August 22 to 24, 2015 successfully. Staff & Executives participated from Ministry of Defence, NTPC Limited, BESCOM, Export Import Bank of India, Centre for Railway Reservation Information System among others.
ITMS has taken up a consultancy project on Manpoer Planning at Indo Rama, Butibori, Nagpur. There are about 1500 employees working at the plant. Indo Rama, a leading organisation is engaged in the business of Polyster. There are four consultants working on the project. Project about to close in the month of May after about 3 months.
ITMS has taken over a Manpower Planning Study at Indo Rama Synthetics (India) Ltd, Butibori, Nagpur, through HR Synergy which marketed. We are four persons busy in the study for last two months & would like to take one more month. K G Varshney

ITMS has taken up a Manpower Planning Study for Indo Rama, Nagpur and four Consultants are enganged for the Project.
