He spoke in detail about-
• 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝘁𝗯𝗼𝘁𝘀 & 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁- Human-like cues in chatbots trigger "humanness heuristics" - but it all comes down to two things: warmth (good intentions) and competence (ability to deliver).
• 𝗡𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗴𝗶𝗮 & 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆- Feeling nostalgic isn't just sentimental - it can buffer stress and nudge us toward more selfless, sustainable choices.
• 𝗘𝗻𝘃𝘆: 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝗼𝗲?- Not all envy is bad! Benign envy can inspire us, while malicious envy can backfire - and it all depends on whether we feel the other person "deserves" their success.
• 𝗣𝗮𝘆-𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁-𝗬𝗼𝘂-𝗪𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴- Letting buyers set the price? Turns out, it boosts fairness and satisfaction - proof that economics isn't just about numbers, it's about trust.
• 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗠𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀- Should health messages highlight what you'll gain or what you'll lose? The answer isn't always straightforward - and that's what makes it fascinating.

Prof. Roy shared valuable insights on building impactful research, selecting the right theoretical frameworks, and translating ideas into publishable work - drawing from his own expertise across technology, sustainability, well-being, and consumer behavior.

Mr. Singh engaged with students on the significance of people, culture, and leadership in today’s evolving business landscape. He shared perspectives on fostering inclusive workplaces, building engaged teams, and creating an organisational culture that supports performance, collaboration, and long-term growth.

Drawing from his professional experience, he also spoke about the capabilities that help professionals navigate dynamic workplaces, including adaptability, continuous learning, effective communication, and a willingness to embrace change.

The session gave students a closer look at Gartner's organisational culture, its approach to business, and the range of career opportunities available at the firm.

The speakers spoke about Gartner's position as a leading global research and advisory company, catering to clients in over 100 countries across sectors such as 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆, 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗻. They discussed how Gartner's signature frameworks, the 𝗠𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗱𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁 and 𝗛𝘆𝗽𝗲 𝗖𝘆𝗰𝗹𝗲, empower businesses to make well-informed strategic and technological decisions. The panel further shared their own professional experiences at Gartner, giving students a genuine sense of the company's inclusive culture and avenues for growth.

Students found the session extremely valuable, benefiting from real-world industry perspectives and an interactive exchange of ideas that made for a rewarding and forward-looking learning experience.

The talk stands as a reflection of FORE School of Management's ongoing efforts to bridge the gap between students and industry leaders, setting the stage for Gartner's path ahead with FORE School of Management.
