Not all ADHD looks the same. Some children are constantly moving, full of energy, and find it hard to sit still. Others may seem quiet, lost in their thoughts, easily distracted, or forgetful. And many experience a mix of both. Understanding the different types of ADHD helps parents, teachers, and society provide better support, patience, and care. Every child experiences the world differently — awareness creates acceptance.
