"... How wonderful it would be, if we didn't always have to be strong and brave like this."
This runs in the mind of Rusky as he walks with his brother Jonathan, in the middle of a dreadful, totalitarian-fighting adventure. This is from Astrid Lindgren's breathtaking 'The Brothers Lionheart'. I just finished reading it and I am stunned by it!
I have felt like this in many moments of my life. Marriage, Motherhood, Migration, and even in the mundane moments of managing life.
What does one do?
Where does one go?
Who does all this suffering belong to?
Where are the communities which can let us stay with our own turbulent selves, hygienically?
Where is the medicine of belonging?
And life changes every moment. Some moments ask for sharp movements, others for stillness. Both are intense when the pain is too big.
How does one reach the clarity that comes only with stillness?
From these questions, the 'Meeting Life' circle was born.
It's an online experiential circle where we learn to hold whatever is alive for us. Not to fast forward pain, but to expand our skills and capacity to be fully human.
Here, I teach 6 powerful life coaching prompts to use in any life situation.
They bring clarity, grounding, and ease — and we practice them in real time.
The upcoming Zoom circle is tomorrow, on the 4th of July, 4:30pm CEST / 8pm IST, and will run 60–90 minutes.
