International Day of Families : Activities

Promoting the idea of kinship and togetherness, the students of Grades 3 to 5 participated in the International Day of Families activities. The students of Grade 3 created lovable family trees, with the photographs of their family members chronologically. The students of Grade 4 displayed the family values imbibed by them, from their venerable family members, in the form of illustrations, while the 5th Graders creates customised photo frames with ice cream sticks, forging cherished memories. The day is a reminder to keep familial bonds closer to heart and make endeavours to strengthen these eternal bonds.

National Technology Day : Working Model Competition : Grades 6-8

Aiming to foster scientific temperament, innovation and practical understanding of technology among students, a Working Model Making Competition was organised for the students of Grades 6-8 on the occasion, National Technology Day. The participants showcased their creativity and ingenuity, by creating unique models, depicting ideas of the spatial movement of planets, along with sustainable ideas to preserve resources.

The results of the competition are :
First Position 🥇: Nitya, Naitik, Aanvi (Grade 7) - Rain Water Detection Model

Second Position🥈: Aarush, Prithvi, Adhyan (Grade 8) - Water Level Detection Model

Third Position 🥉: Prince, Naksh, Kartik (Grade 6) - Revolution of Earth

All the participants were appreciated for their endeavours by our esteemed Principal Ma'am and Manager Sir!

Mother's Day Celebration@SPC

Honouring the revered bond between the mother and a child, and paying an earnest tribute to God's reflection on earth, the occasion of Mother's Day was celebrated at St. Peter's Convent. Adorned with the presence of our Peterians' mothers, the event commenced with a vivacious welcome dance by Grades Bal Vatika 1 and Pre-primary, followed by an energising rhythmic yoga performance by the senior students. A rejuvenating Meditation and Wellness session, under the guidance of our school's special educator brought a sense of tranquility and relaxation among our attending mothers. A mesmerising choir performance, a heart-touching skit about life's special moments dedicated to a mother's love and a reverential performance dedicated to Ma Durga summarised the exciting events for the day. The attending mothers poured their hearts out, with the Mic Drop session and the celebration marked it's culmination with the honourable address by our respected Principal ma'am. The memorable celebration served as a moment of gratitude to all the mothers for their unconditional love, care and support.
