Day 5 Report – Concluding Day of the Faculty Development Program

The fifth and concluding day of the Faculty Development Program on “Advanced Research Methodology, Data Analysis and Academic Writing Tools” marked the successful completion of five days of enriching learning, knowledge sharing, and academic development.
The day commenced with a session on Research Ethics by Dr. Tripti Toor, highlighting the importance of ethical practices in academic research. This was followed by an informative session on Academic Writing by Swati Kaushik, which provided practical insights into effective scholarly writing. The final technical session on LaTeX, conducted by Nupur Tyagi, offered valuable guidance on academic document preparation.
The program concluded with the Valedictory Session, during which appreciation letters were presented to the resource persons by Dr. Tripti Toor and Dr. Amit Gupta in recognition of their valuable contributions throughout the FDP. The session ended with the Vote of Thanks by Nupur Tyagi, expressing gratitude to all participants, organizers, and resource persons for their active support and participation. The successful completion of the FDP reflected its role as a meaningful platform for enhancing research knowledge, academic skills, and professional growth.

Day 4 of the FDP | 27 May 2026
The fourth day of the Faculty Development Program on “Advanced Research Methodology, Data Analysis and Academic Writing Tools” was marked by insightful discussions and valuable learning on advanced analytical and research modeling techniques.
The first session on SMART ISM and MIC MAC Analysis by Ms. Seema Kaushik, Bhagwan Parshuram Institute of Technology, provided a comprehensive understanding of the concepts, analytical frameworks, and their practical applications in research.
The second session on SmartPLS by Dr. Neha Garg, Bhagwan Parshuram Institute of Technology, offered meaningful exposure to the tool, highlighting its applications and significance in contemporary research practices.
The sessions contributed significantly to strengthening understanding of advanced research methodologies, analytical tools, and modeling techniques relevant to academic and research domains.

Day 3 of the FDP | 26 May 2026
The third day of the Faculty Development Programme (FDP), held on 26 May 2026, marked another enriching phase of learning, knowledge sharing, and academic engagement.
A sincere note of appreciation to Dr. Aarti Haswani for the insightful session on Introduction to Hypothesis Testing, Z-test, and t-test. Through clear explanations, practical examples, and an interactive teaching approach, the session made statistical concepts accessible, engaging, and easy to comprehend.
Heartfelt thanks to Dr. Anshika Goel for the informative session on Correlation and Regression, which offered valuable insights into understanding statistical relationships and effective data interpretation.
Special appreciation to Dr. Sonal Pahwa for the enriching session on ANOVA. The lucid explanation of concepts and expert guidance significantly enhanced the participants’ learning experience.

Day 2 of our 5-Day Faculty Development Program commenced with great enthusiasm and active participation from faculty members, research scholars, academicians, and industry professionals.
Today’s sessions focused on two significant domains of contemporary research that play a crucial role in strengthening academic inquiry and publication quality.
The first session on Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was conducted by Dr. Gayatri Chopra, Associate Professor, Bhagwan Parshuram Institute of Technology. The session provided valuable insights into the structured approach of conducting rigorous literature reviews, helping participants understand the importance of identifying, evaluating, and synthesizing scholarly evidence systematically.
This was followed by an engaging session on Bibliometric Analysis by Ms. Vidhu Vats, Assistant Professor, Bhagwan Parshuram Institute of Technology. The session offered practical exposure to bibliometric techniques, research mapping, citation analysis, and emerging trends in scholarly research.

Delighted to share the successful commencement of Day 1 of the 5-Day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on “Advanced Research Methodology, Data Analysis and Academic Writing Tools” organized by the School of Business Administration, Bhagwan Parshuram Institute of Technology (BPIT).
The programme began with an inspiring inaugural session, graced by esteemed dignitaries including Sh. S.N.Jha, Director Administration Prof. Y. D. Gaur, Director Establishment; Prof. Abhijeet Nayak, Dean Administration and Prof. Achal Kaushik, Dean Academics.
