India takes a major step to protect its borders! 🇮🇳
The Government of India has formally assigned official, standard names to 27 key locations and geographical features in Arunachal Pradesh. These locations have now been officially updated on the standard maps issued by the Survey of India (SoI).
This powerful move serves as a direct reply to China’s ongoing cartographic aggression, where Beijing repeatedly tries to rename Indian territories to assert false claims. The newly recognized locations include critical border areas like Longju, Maja, Thag La, and Jairampur.
By standardizing these names, India reinforces its absolute sovereignty and administrative authority over the entire state. The Ministry of External Affairs has firmly stated that creative renaming by Beijing will never change the ground reality: Arunachal Pradesh was, is, and will always remain an integral part of India.
