I’ve always heard about scams, but it seems even corporate giants are involved now. On Sept 5th, I booked my daughter's Pune-Delhi-Pune flight via with and . After paying ₹21,073.00 through online banking, I was notified that the booking was canceled due to a "Payment Unsuccessful" error.
Despite the amount being debited, the representative assured me a refund and suggested rebooking—which I did.
After multiple follow-ups for my refund with , I contacted and directly, explaining that this was a double booking for the same flight, passenger, and dates, requesting a full refund. Both airlines refused, and eventually, I was refunded only ₹12,748.00, with citing cancellation charges.

I lost ₹8,325.00 for no fault of my own. How is this acceptable from , given it was entirely their fault? And why did and refuse to address the issue caused by their agent? Is this how they treat their customers?
