Organized by our School Counselling Cell, the initiative featured inspiring morning assemblies, WhatsApp outreach for parents, and peer check-in challenges. Students created "Hand of Support" network maps and over 40 expressive posters reinforcing that asking for help is a sign of strength. 🤖 Robotics Workshop – Class II
Date: 22 September 2026
DLDAV Model School, Shalimar Bagh organised an exciting Robotics Workshop for Class II, where young minds stepped into the fascinating world of technology and innovation.

The children enthusiastically participated in hands on activities, explored robotic models, followed instructions and completed fun tasks that nurtured creativity, teamwork, logical thinking and problem-solving skills.

The workshop flourished under the visionary guidance of Mrs. Nisha Sharma, Principal, whose encouragement inspires children to embrace new-age learning. Mrs. Shalini Kumar, Primary Wing In-charge, closely supervised the session, ensuring that every little learner was engaged, curious and enjoying the experience.

It was a delightful blend of curiosity, creativity and fun, inspiring our little innovators to explore, experiment and discover! ✨

RESULT PTM- NURSERY WING-The First Term Result PTM of Nursery Wing was observed on 23rd of September 2026. It was all about celebrating the unique journey, creativity, and efforts of every single student. While results matter, seeing our parents and teachers collaborate to build a stronger foundation for our children is what truly defines success.
A special highlight of the day was our vibrant Book Fair, featuring a wide collection of age-appropriate books. It was heartwarming to see parents actively choosing and purchasing books, investing beautifully in their child's reading journeys! 📚❤️

CBP-EEDP 2-SEPTEMBER 2026-DAY 3 -*Empowering teachers today to nurture the learners of tomorrow.*

On 19 September 2026, DLDAV Model School, Shalimar Bagh proudly hosted the Capacity Building Programme for Teachers of Classes 1 and 2(Delhi Zone – Cluster 2), welcoming more than ninety teacher participants from DAV schools across Delhi.

*The programme commenced with a warm and inspiring Welcome Address by the Principal, Ms Nisha Sharma,* highlighting the importance of continuous professional growth and joyful learning.

The enriching day featured engaging sessions including:
*Hindi Bhasha Ki Yatra* exploring the journey of the Hindi language

🌸 My Circle of Support 🌸

Class II | 15 September 2026
A meaningful Life Skills activity, “My Circle of Support,” was conducted for Class II. Students enthusiastically participated in creative hand-tracing and colourful flower-making, identifying trusted people they could turn to for help and support.
The children proudly presented their creations and shared their thoughts with the class. The activity reinforced the message that asking for help is a sign of strength and we are never alone. 🌈🌸

Nutritious Kid Day – Little Chefs, Healthy Choices!

“A healthy mind stays in a healthy body!” Nutritious Kid Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm in the KG classes. Dressed in adorable chef caps and aprons, our little chefs prepared healthy and nutritious dishes using ingredients brought from home. They made colourful options like fruit chaat, veggie roll-ups, corn chaat, sprouts and chana chaat. The children proudly presented their creation and spoke 2–3 lines about its ingredients and benefits. The activity promoted healthy eating habits, hygiene, creativity and independence while enhancing communication and confidence. Children thoroughly enjoyed the experience and learnt that healthy choices can be fun!

🌸 हिंदी दिवस समारोह 🌸
हिंदी दिवस के पावन अवसर पर डी.एल.डी.ए.वी. मॉडल स्कूल, शालीमार बाग में कक्षा 2C द्वारा हिंदी भाषा के प्रति प्रेम, सम्मान और गौरव की भावना से ओत-प्रोत एक आकर्षक एवं मनमोहक विशेष प्रस्तुति प्रस्तुत की गई।
नन्हे-मुन्ने विद्यार्थियों ने अपनी बाल प्रस्तुति, सुंदर कविताओं तथा महान कवियों के प्रेरणादायक दोहों के माध्यम से हिंदी भाषा के महत्व एवं गौरव को प्रभावशाली ढंग से प्रस्तुत किया। सरस्वती वंदना, हिंदी भाषा के गौरव पर आधारित गीत तथा ‘इतनी सी हँसी, इतनी सी खुशी’ पर शानदार एक्शन सॉन्ग ने सभी का मन मोह लिया। रिधान ने पियानो पर अपनी मधुर प्रस्तुति से कार्यक्रम में विशेष आकर्षण जोड़ा।
विद्यार्थियों ने स्लोगन लेखन, पोस्टर मेकिंग एवं विभिन्न हिंदी दिवस गतिविधियों में भी उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लिया।
माननीय प्रधानाचार्या श्रीमती निशा शर्मा जी ने विद्यार्थियों की सुंदर प्रस्तुतियों एवं उनके प्रयासों की सराहना करते हुए उनका उत्साहवर्धन किया। उनका स्नेहपूर्ण मार्गदर्शन एवं प्रेरणादायी प्रोत्साहन विद्यार्थियों के आत्मविश्वास को नई ऊँचाइयाँ प्रदान करता है।
हिंदी विभाग की मीनू मैम ने बच्चों की प्रतिभा, आत्मविश्वास एवं हिंदी के प्रति उनके उत्साह की प्रशंसा की और उनके प्रयासों को खूब सराहा।
प्राथमिक विंग इंचार्ज शालिनी कुमार मैम ने भी नन्हे कलाकारों की शानदार प्रस्तुतियों की हृदय से सराहना की। उनका प्रोत्साहन बच्चों के लिए नई ऊर्जा और प्रेरणा का स्रोत बना।
यह सुंदर आयोजन हिंदी भाषा के प्रति प्रेम, सम्मान और गौरव की भावना को सुदृढ़ करने वाला एक यादगार अनुभव रहा। 🌼

14 सितंबर 2026 को नर्सरी विभाग के विद्यार्थियों ने हिंदी दिवस को बड़े उत्साह और उमंग के साथ मनाया। विशेष सभा में हिंदी भाषा के महत्व पर प्रकाश डाला गया। बच्चों ने हिंदी के महत्व पर आधारित प्रस्तुति में आत्मविश्वास के साथ भाग लिया।
उनके आनंदमय नृत्य प्रदर्शन ने भाषा के प्रति उनके प्रेम और सम्मान को दर्शाया।

कक्षा में आयोजित उत्सवों के अंतर्गत विद्यार्थियों ने कई मनोरंजक गतिविधियों का आनंद लिया, जैसे कि नर्सरी द्वारा कविता पाठ,केजी द्वारा आयोजित बिंगो शब्द खेल और कक्षा 1 द्वारा हिंदी मात्रा खेल। इस उत्सव ने विद्यार्थियों को सीखने का एक आनंदमय अनुभव प्रदान किया और उन्हें आत्मविश्वास के साथ हिंदी को समझने, बोलने, पढ़ने और लिखने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया।
