Self-learning at NavGurukul is about Empowerment, not isolation. 🌟
We follow a self-learning structure so that students can master the art of teaching themselves. We aren't just training for a job; we are building leaders who are their own guides.
Through our peer-to-peer model, students teach what they’ve learned to their juniors. This "Each One, Teach One" philosophy builds deep confidence and ensures that no one is left behind. We are a community of self-starters and lifelong learners! 💻 🩷
Rani was part of NavGurukul’s first batch which started with just 9 girls. Before NavGurukul, Rani had dreams but no clear direction. Due to limited family income, higher education seemed difficult. Even before completing 12th, Rani felt responsible to support the family and help with siblings’ education. Despite having no coding background, Rani trusted NavGurukul’s job-oriented learning. That decision became a turning point in Rani’s life. Along with coding, Rani learned independence, responsibility, and self-confidence.
Rani got the first internship at Momspresso, later worked there full-time, and today Rani works at Betterworks with a salary of 18 LPA. Now financially independent, Rani supports the family.
For Rani, NavGurukul was not just a learning platform, but a place that helped Rani build confidence, keep learning, and move forward with clarity.

We moved from Zoom calls to mountain roads because access isn’t just about information—it’s about trust and proximity. We’ve traveled 1200+ km and visited 50+ institutions because a career in tech starts with a conversation, not just a link. 🤝
The Hustle:
It’s not just seminars. It’s waiting at District Magistrate (DM) offices, pitching to State Education Departments, and coordinating with DIOS officials to open doors for students who need them most. From formal boardrooms to hitchhiking on tractors—we go where the map ends to find the talent the world missed. 🏛️🚜
The Reality:
In many areas, "Computer Science" is taught without a single laptop. We are changing that by shifting the conversation to Financial Independence. We are showing girls that a career in tech is their "Plan B"—a way to build their own identity and never be dependent. 💸👩💻
The Goal:
Whether it’s a tribal school in Maharashtra or a mountain village in Himachal, we are turning "no exposure" into admissions and careers. 🚀
Talent is everywhere. We’re just making sure the opportunity is, too.
