TARA Livelihood Academy (TLA) is a special purpose vehicle for training and capacity building of Technology and Action for Rural Advancement (TARA).

Focus Areas of TLA include: Employability Skills, Entrepreneurship Development & Executive Focus. TARA Livelihood Academy (TLA), established in 2007 is an initiative of Development Alternatives Group working towards bridging the gap of unskilled youth and providing employment. The short, relevant and effective courses of TLA combined with hands-on experience makes our trainees job-ready. From its inception, TLA has been successful in maintaining 70% placement/ self –employment track record.
