The ATal Tinkering Lab students of DAV Ashok Vihar embarked on a unique and enlightening journey when they were invited to the Oppo factory. This visit aimed to provide them with an invaluable opportunity to witness firsthand how technology, automation, and innovation are harnessed in the industry. In this report, we delve into the insights gained during this eye-opening experience.

The Oppo factory tour also provided a glimpse into the world of automation. Students observed robots working alongside human operators, efficiently handling repetitive tasks and enhancing productivity. This automation not only ensures consistency in production but also reduces the risk of errors. The students were particularly intrigued by the seamless coordination between humans and machines.

One of the highlights of the visit was the Oppo research center. Here, students were introduced to the world of innovation. They learned about the extensive research and development that goes into creating cutting-edge smartphones. The researchers at Oppo shared insights into their creative processes, emphasizing the importance of innovation in staying ahead in the highly competitive tech industry.

Under the guidance of Principal ma'am Ms. Kusum Bhardwaj The ATL recently hosted an Intraschool Balloon Cart Competition for class 6 students. The event aim to foster creativity and teamwork among participants. Students were tasked with designing and building balloon-powered carts using basic materials. The competition provided a platform for young minds to apply STEM concepts practically, enhancing their problem-solving skills. Judged on speed, design, and distance, the event encouraged innovation and collaboration. It successfully engaged students in a hands-on learning experience, promoting enthusiasm for science and engineering disciplines from an early age. Overall, the competition proved to be an exciting and educational endeavor for the participating class 6 students.

Inter school Robotics Cricket match also held in which Venkateshwar Global School secured 1st position and DAV ASHOK VIHAR Sight Seeing secured 2nd position.
