Dear Friends,

Yesterday, by chance I sent an email to Online Reputation Management team of CPC Bangalore, at [email protected], stating, “Please look at the income tax portal which is not working and making hindrances in filing the income tax returns”.

Surprisingly, a telephonic call from Some Mr. Mohd. Altahamsh, from the above department.
He admitted that from the last one and a half month, they are facing problems with the income tax portal, which is very slow.

He also admitted that daily thousands of complaints are being received through twitter and other mode to income tax departments of such kind. According to him technical team is working to set the portal right for the last one and a half month.

However, on my request for possibility of extension of income tax return filing date, he conveyed that every thing which the department and we professionals are working since last two to three months, shall go waste. According to him, “Un sab kaam par pani fir jayega”.

I tried to persuade him and finally he said he shall be raising a ticket for the same.

May I request that whoever is facing problems with income tax return filing may kindly email the same on the above email id, which may resolve the problem with the portal or extension is considered.
