We are excited to share that RootStock Technology has signed an MoU with Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies – Technical Campus (VIPS-TC), to launch the pilot run of 𝗔𝗩𝗦𝗔𝗥 - Our AI-based learning platform built for the VLSI (semiconductor design) domain.

𝗔𝗩𝗦𝗔𝗥 is designed as a comprehensive platform for skilling and research in VLSI, bringing together a personalized AI mentor, a Digital Twin learning environment, immersive AR/VR modules, and a structured semiconductor assessment framework. Together, these capabilities are designed to help students learn, experiment, and build real, industry-ready skills in chip design.

Through this pilot, students at VIPS-TC will get hands-on access to AVSAR, while their feedback and learning experiences will directly help us refine the platform for wider deployment.

Under the visionary leadership of Dr S.C Vats Best Legislator (Founder Chairman, VIPS-TC) this collaboration marks a significant step towards bridging India’s semiconductor skilling gap through AI-driven learning, innovation, and industry-focused education.

We look forward to an impactful pilot and to building the next generation of semiconductor talent in India.
