Subject Matter Expert (SME) Requirement for UPSC Preparation
1. Position: UPSC Subject Matter Expert (SME)
2. Location: Remote / On-Site (mukhergee nagar)
3. Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable UPSC Subject Matter Expert to create, review, and refine content and provide guidance on UPSC-related topics. The SME should be adept in delivering high-quality, accurate, and engaging content, with the objective of preparing students effectively for the UPSC exams.

4. Responsibilities:
Develop detailed, structured content for UPSC exam topics, including General Studies, Optional Subjects, and Current Affairs.
Create and review comprehensive study materials, including notes, PPTs, and quizzes for Prelims, Mains, and Interview stages.
Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide strategic insights on exam preparation.
Keep updated with the UPSC exam pattern, syllabus changes, and relevant updates.
Ensure all content is aligned with UPSC standards, accurate, and well-researched.
5. Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Postgraduate degree in relevant fields (e.g., History, Political Science, Economics, Geography, or other UPSC-specific subjects).
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a UPSC educator or similar role. Prior experience in coaching UPSC aspirants or working with coaching institutes is preferred.
Skills:
Proficiency in both English and Hindi for content development and delivery.
Strong knowledge of the UPSC syllabus, exam pattern, and question trends.
Ability to simplify complex concepts and make them accessible.
Familiarity with educational technology tools for content creation, like PowerPoint, MS Word, and online assessment platforms.
Preferred: Past success in UPSC exams (preliminary, mains, or interview stages).
