Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute of Management and IT successfully organized Manageria 2026 – Inter-College Management Competition with great enthusiasm and participation. The event provided a vibrant platform for students to showcase their creativity, leadership, confidence, innovation, and managerial skills.

The event featured exciting competitions including Ad Mad Show, Vision Venture, and Professional Attire Ramp Walk, where participants impressed everyone with their outstanding performances and innovative ideas. Fun management games and audience activities added extra excitement and energy to the event.

The winners and participants were honoured with cash prizes, trophies, awards, and certificates in recognition of their remarkable efforts and achievements.

Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute of Management and Information Technology (SGTBIMIT) successfully organized the National Conference 2026 on the theme “Viksit Bharat: Leveraging Technology and Sustainable Management for a Developed Nation” on May 4, 2026, at its campus in New Delhi. The conference served as a dynamic platform for academicians, researchers, industry experts, and students to deliberate on the transformative role of technology and sustainable management practices in building a developed and self-reliant India.

The event was conducted under the esteemed presence of S. Jasbir Singh Jassi ji (Chairman), S. Raminder Singh Sweeta ji (Manager), Prof. (Dr.) Navneet Kaur (Director). Special Thanks to DSGMC leaders S. Harmeet Singh Kalka ji (President DSGMC), S.Jagdeep Singh Kahlon ji (Genral secretary, DSGMC for their continuous support in organizing the conference. Our honourable Director Prof. (Dr.) Navneet Kaur, shared her valuable thoughts on the significance of integrating technological advancements with sustainable practices to achieve the vision of Viksit Bharat.

The conference was organized under the guidance and coordination of Dr. Mansi Ahuja and Ms. Jaspreet Kaur, Faculty Coordinators, SGTBIMIT, whose dedicated efforts contributed significantly to the successful ex*****on of the event and promotion of academic excellence and research-driven innovation.

The conference witnessed an overwhelming response, receiving nearly 65 research papers from scholars and academicians across the country representing various universities and institutions. Some of the noteworthy presentations included “Analysis of Chhattisgarh Economy: Assessing Challenges and Opportunities in Core Sectors” by Dr. Pravin Kumar (Joint Director) and “Smart Governance and Sustainable Resource Management: Pathways to a Developed India” by Prof. (Dr.) Navneet Kaur, along with several other insightful research contributions.
The conference featured expert talks on emerging technologies including Artificial Intelligence, digital transformation, and green innovation. Interactive panel discussions on sustainable business strategies, environmental responsibility, and future-ready governance further enriched the academic discourse and encouraged meaningful exchange of ideas among participants.
On the occasion, the Best Paper Award in the Management category was conferred upon Dr. Mansi Ahuja & Ms. Manmeet Kaur in Management Track while Ms. Nehu Gumber, Ramanpreet Kaur & Sw****ka received the Best Paper Award in the IT Track for their outstanding research contributions.

Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute of Management and Information Technology (SGTBIMIT) organized a memorable Farewell Ceremony on May 5, 2026 to bid a heartfelt goodbye to the students of Batch 2023–26. The event was a beautiful blend of emotions, celebration, and nostalgia, marking the culmination of the students’ academic journey while celebrating the bonds, growth, and experiences they shared during their time at the institution.
The event was conducted under the esteemed presence of Chairman S. Jasbir Singh Jassi, Manager S. Raminder Singh Sweeta, Director Prof. (Dr.) Navneet Kaur and Assistant Director S. Virender Singh, whose guidance and encouraging words added immense significance to the occasion. Their presence not only elevated the event but also inspired the graduating students to step into the future with confidence, determination, and a sense of purpose.
The ceremony celebrated excellence and achievement through the presentation of numerous awards. The prestigious titles of Mr. SGTBIMIT and Ms. SGTBIMIT were awarded to Mr. Japneet Singh and Ms. Tanisha Gautam, respectively.
The cultural segment added vibrant energy and enthusiasm to the evening. The Bhangra team of SGTBIMIT delivered an electrifying performance that captivated the audience with their rhythm and passion. The celebrations were further elevated by a special performance from an invited Bhangra troupe, whose dynamic and high-spirited presentation created a festive and lively atmosphere, leaving the audience thoroughly entertained. The farewell provided a meaningful platform for students to reflect on their journey, celebrate friendships, and create lasting memories with their peers and mentors. The event was filled with heartfelt moments, laughter, and emotions, making it a truly unforgettable experience for everyone present.
